Custom Order Process

Our products can be customized to your specific needs. Unique sizes or specific inlay
designs, such as logos or regional themes, can be incorporated.  Contact us at [email protected] or call us at 512-626-2235 and we'll answer all of your questions and walk you through it step by step!

Here's how our customization process usually goes...  

  1. Choose your product or a custom shape
  2. Choose the types of wood for the item
  3. Choose an engraving or an inlay. 
  4. Choose the wood type for the inlay design 
  5. Indicate engraving or inlay design location
  6. Add your logo or an additional message 
  7. Add a juice catch, rounded corners, etc
  8. Any other requests?  Let us know and we'll try to accommodate.

We will give you the final price once your selections have been made.  As soon as we receive payment the final design phase will begin which will result in a drawing of what your product will look like.  This is your chance to make changes!  Once the design is approved, it will placed into production. No more changes can be made.
