Product Care

If you have purchased a product that has been treated with mineral oil and natural waxes:

• DO NOT ever put your board in the dishwasher. Wash it by hand with hot water and a little soap and dry it thoroughly.
• DO NOT soak your board in water or allow liquid to stand on your board for any length of time.
• DO NOT allow your board to dry out. At least once per month, or whenever it appears dry, condition the board by rubbing it with a mixture of food safe mineral oil and natural waxes.  Repeat this process, allowing the oil time to soak in between each coat, until it no longer looks or feels dry. 

• DO NOT use vegetable oils to condition your board as they will turn rancid over time.
